1. Definitions
"Access Package" means a package selected by a User that provides access to digital entertainment content, interactive platform functionality and an allocation of P-Coins for use exclusively within the Service.
"Account" means a personal and non-transferable user profile created to access registered features of the Service, including Access Packages and P-Coins functionality.
"Closed Ecosystem" means the restricted digital environment of PeelPlee within which P-Coins allocated through the Service exist and may be used. P-Coins cannot be used outside the Service, accepted by third parties or connected to external wallets, marketplaces, exchanges, payment systems or other external platforms.
"Digital Entertainment Experiences" means the recreational digital content, interactive activities, visual challenges, sequences, timing-based experiences, user-selection features, randomised mechanics and other entertainment functionality made available through the Service.
"P-Coins" means internal digital interaction units allocated to a User's Account for use exclusively within the Service through which they were allocated. P-Coins are not virtual cash, money, money's worth, electronic money, cryptocurrency, stored value, prepaid value, a deposit, financial instrument or payment instrument. They have no monetary, transferable or redeemable value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, gifted, sold, traded, exchanged, pledged or converted into anything with real or potential economic value.
"Service" means PeelPlee, together with the digital entertainment content, Digital Entertainment Experiences, Account functionality, Access Packages, P-Coins functionality and related services made available through the Website.
"User" or "you" means an individual who accesses or uses the Service and satisfies the eligibility requirements set out in the Terms of Service.
"Website" means peelplee.com. The Website is operated by RAREPEEL LIMITED.
Capitalised terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
2. Purpose and Scope
This P-Coins Policy governs the allocation, use, recording, adjustment, restriction, cancellation and discontinuation of P-Coins within PeelPlee.
P-Coins are provided solely as internal digital interaction units for personal recreational and entertainment use within the Service. They may be used only to access or interact with Digital Entertainment Experiences and related platform functionality made available by RAREPEEL LIMITED.
The Service operates as a Closed Ecosystem. P-Coins may be used only within the Service and cannot be used outside it.
This Policy applies specifically to P-Coins and their use within the Closed Ecosystem. General rules concerning Website access, Account registration, payments, refunds, User conduct, security, suspension, termination and operation of the Service are governed by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Fair Play Policy.
Nothing in this Policy permits gambling, betting, wagering, staking money, prize-based participation or the use of P-Coins for money or money's worth.
This Policy forms part of the legal framework governing the use of PeelPlee and must be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Fair Play Policy.
3. Nature and Status of P-Coins
P-Coins are internal digital interaction units made available solely for use within the Service through which they were allocated. They form part of the digital entertainment functionality of the Service and have no independent use, function or value outside its Closed Ecosystem.
P-Coins are not money, virtual cash, electronic money, cryptocurrency, stored value, prepaid value, a deposit, financial instrument, payment instrument, security, investment or substitute for currency.
P-Coins do not represent funds held for a User and do not create a cash balance, repayment obligation, debt, financial claim or entitlement against RAREPEEL LIMITED or any third party.
P-Coins have no monetary, transferable or redeemable value. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, transferred between Users, gifted, sold, traded, exchanged, pledged or converted into money, cryptocurrency, goods, services, discounts, vouchers, gift cards or anything else with real or potential economic value.
P-Coins are not prizes, winnings, financial rewards or benefits of value, regardless of how they are allocated, displayed, used, deducted, corrected or otherwise described within the Service.
Any reference to P-Coins, units, credits, allocation, balance or similar terminology describes internal Service functionality only and does not imply monetary value, redeemability, financial ownership or acceptance as payment.
The number of P-Coins displayed in an Account is an internal platform record. It does not represent money held for safekeeping, a financial account balance, stored funds or an amount owed to the User.
The allocation or possession of P-Coins gives the User only the limited contractual right to use them in accordance with this Policy and the Terms of Service. No ownership right or proprietary interest in P-Coins is created.
4. Allocation and Use Rights
P-Coins may be allocated to a User's Account as an internal component of an Access Package after successful payment confirmation.
The payment made by the User relates to access to digital entertainment content, Digital Entertainment Experiences and platform functionality. P-Coins are not purchased as money, stored value, currency, a financial asset or a separate redeemable product.
When P-Coins are allocated to an Account, the User receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable contractual right to use them solely within the Service in accordance with this Policy, the Terms of Service and applicable law.
P-Coins may be used only within the Service through which they were allocated.
The allocation of P-Coins does not transfer ownership or create any proprietary, financial or payment right in favour of the User.
P-Coins may be used only through functionality made available within the Service and solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Users must not use P-Coins for commercial activity, financial gain, value transfer, resale, account trading or any purpose inconsistent with the recreational nature of the Service.
The User is responsible for using P-Coins in accordance with this Policy, the Terms of Service, the Fair Play Policy and applicable law.
5. User Restrictions and Obligations
P-Coins may be used only within the Service through which they were allocated and solely through functionality made available by RAREPEEL LIMITED.
P-Coins must not be transferred between Accounts or Users, gifted, sold, rented, traded, exchanged, pledged, resold or otherwise made available to another person.
Users must not attempt to use P-Coins outside the Service, connect them to an external wallet, marketplace, exchange, payment system or third-party platform, or create any secondary market or peer-to-peer transfer mechanism involving P-Coins.
Users must not attempt to withdraw, redeem or convert P-Coins into money, cryptocurrency, goods, services, discounts, vouchers, gift cards or anything else with real or potential economic value.
Users must not misrepresent P-Coins as money, virtual cash, stored value, an investment, a financial asset, a prize, winnings, a reward of value or an instrument capable of generating a financial return.
Users must not exploit technical errors, duplicate allocations, vulnerabilities, unintended functionality or inaccurate Account records in order to obtain, retain, preserve or use P-Coins without authorisation.
Users must not use bots, scripts, macros, automation tools, multiple Accounts or other unauthorised methods to acquire, use, preserve or manipulate P-Coins or related Service functionality.
Suspected errors, duplicate allocations or unauthorised P-Coins activity should be reported to support@peelplee.com.
Where RAREPEEL LIMITED reasonably suspects misuse, fraud, unauthorised activity or a breach of this Policy, the Terms of Service or the Fair Play Policy, it may temporarily restrict the relevant Account, P-Coins functionality or other affected Service functionality while the matter is reviewed.
Where a breach is established, RAREPEEL LIMITED may take proportionate action permitted by the Terms of Service, including correcting or reversing unauthorised P-Coins activity, removing improperly allocated P-Coins, restricting relevant functionality, suspending the Account or terminating access to the Service.
Any action taken will be proportionate to the circumstances and subject to applicable law, the Terms of Service and any mandatory consumer or refund rights.
6. Suspension and Cancellation of P-Coins
Access to P-Coins may be temporarily restricted where the relevant Account is suspended, subject to a security or eligibility review, or otherwise limited in accordance with the Terms of Service.
A temporary restriction does not automatically result in permanent cancellation of P-Coins. P-Coins will remain unavailable for use until the restriction is removed or a final decision concerning the Account or relevant activity is made.
RAREPEEL LIMITED may correct, reverse or cancel P-Coins where reasonably necessary to address a technical error, duplicate or incorrect allocation, failed or reversed payment, refund, chargeback, unauthorised activity, fraud, misuse of the Service or exploitation of unintended functionality.
P-Coins may also be cancelled where an Account is terminated because the User does not satisfy applicable age or eligibility requirements, has materially breached this Policy, the Terms of Service or Fair Play Policy, or has used the Account or P-Coins for an unlawful or unauthorised purpose, subject in each case to any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
Where a payment relating to an Access Package is refunded, reversed or successfully disputed, corresponding unused P-Coins may be removed from the relevant Account. Where those P-Coins have already been used, RAREPEEL LIMITED may adjust relevant Account records, restrict further functionality or take other proportionate measures necessary to resolve the resulting discrepancy.
Where an Account is closed at the User's request, any remaining P-Coins will cease to be available for use and will not be transferred to another Account, redeemed, exchanged or converted into money or anything else with real or potential economic value merely because the Account has been closed.
Where RAREPEEL LIMITED terminates an Account or permanently discontinues the Service for reasons not resulting from the User's breach, fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity, any refund or other remedy relating to paid digital content that has not been supplied or can no longer be made available will be provided where required by applicable law.
Any restriction, correction, reversal or cancellation of P-Coins will be proportionate to the relevant circumstances and will not affect mandatory consumer rights or any valid remedy relating to digital content that is defective, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise non-compliant with applicable law.
P-Coins allocated through the Service remain subject to the Closed Ecosystem of the Service throughout any suspension, correction or cancellation process.
7. Payments, Delivery and Refunds
Payments made through PeelPlee relate to Access Packages providing digital entertainment content, platform functionality and an allocation of P-Coins for use within the Service.
P-Coins are not purchased as money, currency, electronic money, stored value, a financial asset or a separate redeemable product.
The P-Coins component of an Access Package is considered delivered when the corresponding P-Coins become available in the User's Account. Other digital content and platform functionality included in the Access Package are supplied in accordance with the Terms of Service.
Refunds, payment reversals and cancellation rights are governed by the Terms of Service and applicable consumer law.
A refund will not normally be available solely because a User has not used all allocated P-Coins or changes their mind after digital content has been supplied where a valid cancellation right no longer applies. This does not limit any mandatory consumer right or other remedy available under applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy limits any right available where an Access Package or digital content is defective, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise fails to comply with applicable legal requirements.
Where a payment is refunded, reversed or successfully disputed, corresponding unused P-Coins may be removed from the relevant Account.
Where P-Coins associated with a refunded, reversed or successfully disputed payment have already been used, RAREPEEL LIMITED may adjust relevant Account records, restrict further functionality or take other proportionate measures necessary to resolve the resulting discrepancy in accordance with the Terms of Service.
Users may contact support@peelplee.com regarding a payment matter before initiating a payment dispute so that the issue can be reviewed. This does not restrict any lawful right to contact a bank, card issuer, Payment Provider, consumer protection body, regulator or other competent organisation.
Knowingly false disputes, fraudulent chargebacks or deliberate attempts to retain or use digital content after reversing the related payment may constitute a breach of this Policy and the Terms of Service.
Nothing in this section causes P-Coins to become refundable, redeemable or convertible into money merely because a refund, reversal or payment dispute occurs.
8. Availability and Changes to P-Coins
RAREPEEL LIMITED may modify, limit, suspend or discontinue P-Coins functionality where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, security, legal or compliance reasons.
Changes may relate to the manner in which P-Coins are allocated, displayed, recorded, used, deducted, corrected or otherwise administered within the Service.
RAREPEEL LIMITED may modify the quantity of P-Coins included in future Access Packages or the digital functionality available through P-Coins. Such changes will apply prospectively and will not alter an Access Package that has already been successfully selected and supplied, except where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to correct fraud, unauthorised activity, an incorrect allocation or a technical error.
Where a material change affects existing unused P-Coins, RAREPEEL LIMITED will provide reasonable notice where appropriate and will implement the change in a manner consistent with applicable law, the Terms of Service and mandatory consumer rights.
P-Coins functionality may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, security measures, third-party service disruption or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of RAREPEEL LIMITED.
Temporary unavailability does not create a right to withdraw, redeem, transfer or convert P-Coins into money or anything else with economic value. Any remedy required because paid digital content remains unavailable will be determined in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable law.
RAREPEEL LIMITED may permanently discontinue P-Coins functionality or the Service. Where discontinuation affects paid digital content that has not been supplied or can no longer be made available, RAREPEEL LIMITED will provide any notice, refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
Discontinuation of P-Coins functionality does not cause P-Coins to acquire monetary, redeemable or stored-value status.
9. Changes to This Policy
RAREPEEL LIMITED may update this P-Coins Policy to reflect changes to PeelPlee, P-Coins functionality, applicable law, security requirements or operational practices.
The updated Policy will be published on the Website and will identify the date on which the revised version becomes effective.
Where a change materially affects existing unused P-Coins or an existing Access Package, RAREPEEL LIMITED will provide reasonable notice where appropriate and will apply the change in accordance with applicable law, the Terms of Service and mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to this Policy will not retrospectively convert P-Coins into money, stored value, a financial asset or a redeemable product, and will not remove any mandatory consumer right.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated P-Coins Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy, except where applicable law requires explicit consent or another form of acceptance.
Users who do not agree with an updated Policy should stop using the Service and may request closure of their Account in accordance with the Terms of Service.
