1. Purpose and Position
This Fair Play Policy explains the principles governing the fair, transparent and appropriate use of peelplee.com and the digital entertainment services operated by RAREPEEL LIMITED.
PeelPlee provides digital content, interactive Digital Entertainment Experiences and related platform functionality solely for personal recreational and entertainment use. Certain features of the Service use internal digital interaction units known as P-Coins.
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that the nature of the Service, the role of P-Coins and the possible outcomes of Digital Entertainment Experiences are presented clearly and are not misleading. The Service does not provide gambling, betting or wagering and does not offer cash, cryptocurrency, prizes, winnings, payouts, redeemable rewards or anything else with real or potential economic value.
By accessing or using the Service, Users acknowledge that PeelPlee is a digital entertainment service and that participation in Digital Entertainment Experiences cannot generate monetary returns, financial profit or any benefit outside the Service.
The Service operates as a Closed Ecosystem. P-Coins may be used only within the Service.
This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, P-Coins Policy and any other rules or notices published on the Website.
Capitalised terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
2. Nature of Digital Entertainment Experiences
Digital Entertainment Experiences available through PeelPlee are provided solely for recreational and entertainment purposes.
The Service may include interactive mechanics, visual challenges, timing-based activities, sequences, user selections, randomised outcomes and other features forming part of the digital entertainment content.
Certain experiences may use category names, visual elements or mechanics inspired by familiar entertainment formats. Such features do not involve staking or risking money on an outcome and do not provide any opportunity to obtain money, property, prizes or anything else with real or potential economic value.
Any result, score, sequence, progression indicator, visual outcome or other response generated through a Digital Entertainment Experience exists solely within the digital entertainment environment. Such outcomes do not represent money, property, winnings, financial returns or rights enforceable outside the Service.
Digital Entertainment Experiences are not intended to reproduce or predict the probabilities, financial consequences or economic outcomes of real-world gambling, betting or other real-money activities. Users must interpret all outcomes solely as elements of digital entertainment content.
The Service operates as a Closed Ecosystem. P-Coins may be used only within the Service to access or interact with Digital Entertainment Experiences and related platform functionality.
P-Coins have no function outside the Service and are not accepted by RAREPEEL LIMITED or any third party as payment for external goods or services.
P-Coins allocated through an Access Package, together with associated Account records, usage history, scores, progress or other Service data, remain internal elements of the Service and do not, solely because of their allocation, possession or use, create any entitlement to compensation, repayment, prize, financial return or external benefit.
3. No Real-Money Gambling or Economic Rewards
PeelPlee does not provide real-money gambling, betting, wagering, sweepstakes, prize-based contests, real-world lotteries or other activities in which Users may obtain money or anything of economic value based on an outcome.
Any category name, visual design or interactive mechanic that resembles a familiar format, including Arcade, Bingo, Cards, Crash, Dice, Lottery, Roulette, Spins or Wheel, refers solely to digital entertainment content. Such terminology does not indicate that the Service provides gambling, betting, wagering, a real-world lottery or any opportunity to obtain a prize or anything of money or money's worth.
Users do not place monetary bets, stake funds or risk money when accessing or interacting with Digital Entertainment Experiences.
Payments made through the Website relate solely to Access Packages providing access to digital entertainment content, platform functionality and an allocation of P-Coins for use within the Service. A payment for an Access Package is not a deposit, stake, wager, investment or purchase of money, electronic money, cryptocurrency, stored value or another financial product.
P-Coins are internal digital interaction units and have no monetary, transferable or redeemable value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred between Users, gifted, sold, traded, exchanged, pledged or converted into money, cryptocurrency, goods, services, discounts, vouchers, gift cards or anything else with real or potential economic value.
The result of a Digital Entertainment Experience does not create any right to a prize, payout, winnings, repayment, compensation or reward.
Any refund right relating to an Access Package is determined solely in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable consumer law and does not arise from, or depend on, the result of any Digital Entertainment Experience.
4. Age Limitation and Protection of Minors
PeelPlee is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least eighteen years old.
Persons under eighteen must not access or use the Service, create an Account, select an Access Package or use P-Coins.
By accessing the Service, creating an Account or selecting an Access Package, the User confirms that they satisfy the applicable age requirement.
RAREPEEL LIMITED may request reasonable proof of age where necessary to confirm eligibility, protect the Service or investigate information suggesting that an Account may be used by a person under eighteen.
The Service is not directed at minors, and RAREPEEL LIMITED does not knowingly permit persons under eighteen to register for or use PeelPlee.
Users must not allow a person under eighteen to access their Account, use P-Coins, participate in Digital Entertainment Experiences or make payments through the Service.
Where RAREPEEL LIMITED reasonably determines that a User is under eighteen or has provided false or misleading age information, it may reject registration, restrict access, suspend relevant functionality or terminate the Account in accordance with the Terms of Service.
Personal data relating to a person under eighteen will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable data protection law and any applicable legal or record-retention requirements.
5. Fair and Consistent Entertainment Mechanics
Digital Entertainment Experiences operate according to the software logic and interaction rules applicable to the relevant experience, including randomised, timing-based, sequence-based or user-selection mechanics where used.
RAREPEEL LIMITED aims to maintain a consistent digital entertainment environment in which interactions are processed in accordance with the technical rules applicable to the relevant Digital Entertainment Experience.
Certain experiences may include elements of chance, timing, user selection, sequences or software-generated randomisation. These elements form part of the entertainment content and do not create any opportunity to obtain money, prizes, winnings, rewards or anything with real or potential economic value.
RAREPEEL LIMITED does not guarantee any particular result, score, sequence, progression, visual outcome or level of enjoyment.
References within the Service to success, achievement, completion, score, progress or similar concepts describe only internal entertainment outcomes. They do not represent financial performance, monetary returns, real-world probabilities or opportunities for economic gain.
Where a technical error, duplicate allocation, unintended functionality or inaccurate Account or P-Coins record is identified, RAREPEEL LIMITED may correct, reverse or adjust the affected record in accordance with the Terms of Service and P-Coins Policy.
Users must not knowingly exploit, conceal or attempt to benefit from technical errors, vulnerabilities, duplicate allocations or unintended functionality.
Suspected technical issues relating to PeelPlee may be reported to support@peelplee.com.
6. Voluntary Use and User Control
Use of PeelPlee and the selection of Access Packages are voluntary.
Users may stop using the Service at any time, refrain from selecting additional Access Packages or request closure of their Account in accordance with the Terms of Service.
Account-related requests concerning PeelPlee may be submitted to support@peelplee.com.
Users remain in control of whether and how long they use the Service and may stop using the Service at any time. Use of the Service should remain consistent with its personal recreational and entertainment purpose.
Repeated participation, extended use, accumulated activity or the selection of additional Access Packages does not increase the User's entitlement to any monetary return, payout, prize, external reward or other benefit with economic value.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.
7. Prohibited Use of the Service
PeelPlee may be used only for lawful, personal and non-commercial digital entertainment in accordance with the Terms of Service and this Policy.
Users must not attempt to create, extract, assign, advertise or represent any real-world or economic value in relation to P-Coins, Accounts, scores, progress, outcomes or other internal elements of the Service.
P-Coins must not be withdrawn, sold, gifted, transferred, rented, traded, exchanged, pledged or otherwise monetised. Secondary markets, peer-to-peer transfers, external exchanges and other unauthorised arrangements involving P-Coins are prohibited.
Users must not sell, transfer, rent or otherwise provide another person with control of their Account or use an Account belonging to another person.
Users must not use bots, scripts, macros, automated tools or other unauthorised technology to access, interact with, interfere with or manipulate the Service or Digital Entertainment Experiences.
Users must not knowingly exploit technical errors, vulnerabilities, duplicate P-Coins allocations, unintended functionality or other defects, or interfere with the security, availability or integrity of the Service.
Users must not create or operate multiple Accounts in breach of the Terms of Service, share login credentials, provide false or misleading information, impersonate another person, use a payment method without proper authority or misuse refund, payment dispute or chargeback procedures.
Users must not circumvent or attempt to circumvent age, geographic, eligibility, Account, verification, security or payment restrictions through false information, concealment techniques or other unauthorised methods.
Users must not promote, advertise or represent PeelPlee, P-Coins or any Digital Entertainment Experience as a means of obtaining money, prizes, winnings, income, financial return or anything else with real or potential economic value.
RAREPEEL LIMITED may investigate suspected misuse and may temporarily restrict relevant Account, payment, P-Coins or Service functionality while a review is conducted where reasonably necessary.
Where a breach is established, RAREPEEL LIMITED may take proportionate action permitted by the Terms of Service, including issuing a warning, correcting or reversing unauthorised P-Coins activity, restricting relevant functionality, suspending the Account or terminating access to the Service.
Any action taken will reflect the nature and seriousness of the conduct and will remain subject to applicable law, the Terms of Service and any mandatory consumer rights.
Advance notice may not be provided where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect Users, Payment Providers, RAREPEEL LIMITED or the Service, preserve the integrity of an investigation, prevent further misuse or comply with applicable law.
8. Honest Presentation and User Expectations
PeelPlee is presented as a digital entertainment service intended exclusively for recreational and entertainment use.
Information displayed through the Service must be understood in that context and must not be interpreted as offering gambling, betting, wagering, financial services, prizes, winnings, payouts or any opportunity to obtain money or anything with real or potential economic value.
Descriptions, interfaces and Service communications are intended to provide Users with clear information about Access Packages, P-Coins, Digital Entertainment Experiences and the limitations applicable to their use.
P-Coins are internal digital interaction units. They do not represent funds, money, cryptocurrency, electronic money, stored value or a financial balance and do not create any ownership right, proprietary interest or right to receive payment.
Any scores, achievements, progress indicators, visual outcomes, sequences or similar features exist solely within the Service and do not create rights, claims or benefits outside that Service.
Category names, visual designs or mechanics that resemble familiar entertainment formats must also be understood solely as part of the digital entertainment content and do not indicate the availability of gambling, betting, wagering or prize-based activity.
Users must use the Service solely as a leisure and entertainment product and without any expectation of profit, income, repayment, payout, financial return or real-world economic benefit.
Where a User believes that information displayed through PeelPlee is unclear, inaccurate or misleading, the matter may be reported to support@peelplee.com.
RAREPEEL LIMITED may review and, where appropriate, correct or clarify Service information that could reasonably create a misleading impression regarding the nature of the Service, P-Coins or Digital Entertainment Experiences.
9. Changes to This Fair Play Policy
RAREPEEL LIMITED may update this Fair Play Policy to reflect changes to PeelPlee, Digital Entertainment Experiences, P-Coins functionality, applicable law, security requirements or operational practices.
The updated Policy will be published on the Website and will identify the date on which the revised version becomes effective.
Where a change is material, RAREPEEL LIMITED may provide additional notice through the Website, Account interface, email or another appropriate communication method.
Changes to this Policy will not retrospectively alter completed Purchases, create monetary or redeemable value in P-Coins or remove any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated Fair Play Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy, except where applicable law requires explicit consent or another form of acceptance.
Users who do not agree with an updated version should stop using the Service and may request closure of their Account in accordance with the Terms of Service.
